Polyester Chip

          The product is semi-dull fibre grade polyester chip, mainly used to spin POY and FDY polyester filament and staple fibre.
           The production process of the product uses the advanced technology of DuPont in USA with PTA and EG as the raw materials. Through direct esterification and continuous polymerization, polymer melt can be gained. And through the processes of strand casting and granulating, uniform grading of chips can be gained.
          All kinds of quality figure of the product have reached or even exceeded those of the State standard GB/T14189-93 of fibre grade PET chip .
          The product uses polypropene woven bag as the external packing bag, polyethylene plastic bag as the internal packing bag with net weight of 1000 kg per bag. The transportation vehicle should be clean and dry. The product should not be loaded with materials contaminating the product and flammable materials. No sharp tools should be used during the handling.
          Store the product in the clean, dry and well-ventilated storage house with fire-fighting facilities.

PET Filament

          The PET filament production equipment of the Company uses the technology and design of Ems-Inventa, Switzerland, the POY spinning machines of Barmag, Germany and the DTY spinning machines of Rieter-Scragg, UK with the capacity of 10000t/a.
         With polyester chips as the raw material, through high speed spinning, pre-oriented yarn (POY) can be made. And through drawing and twisting, drawn textured yarn (DTY) can be gained. The production line has the characteristics of short flow, high efficiency, good quality and various options of products. It belongs to the advanced process of the world.
         Under the supervision of the Sichuan Fibre Inspection Bureau, the Company strictly executes the State and textile industry standards GB/T14460-93,FZ/T5400 4-93 etc.
          The product is the ideal raw material for knitting (weft and warp knitting) or weaving processing. It is extensively used as clothes fabric, bed and decoration clothes etc. Whereas fine denier filament (especially trilobal special filament) is suitable for making silk-like fabric and mid-coarse denier filament can be used to make wool-like fabric.
          The Company can produce PET low-elastic yarn, interlaced yarn, trilobal special filament and colorful yarn etc of 56~660dtex/24~192f to meet the need of customers.
          Usage and storage: Mixed batches and color grades are forbidden to prevent the color difference in post processing. Light handling must be followed during transportation. The product must be stored in clean and dry storage house.
